2023 Team Responsibilities for KTR
- Complete the Google Form below by Jan 20th to let us know if you would like us to build your basket or if you will be building one on your own. (If your team is not listed above, I have your info already.)
- As part of the google form, answer the questions pertaining to grand raffle money and how you would like to cover those funds.
- If you are building your own basket, deliver basket to Sara Ritter by Feb 20th. 2911 Afton Valley Court, Maineville, Ohio 45039. Text me to make arrangements for drop off. 513-289-1639.
- Email an excel doc of your player roster to Shannon McKelvey (smckelvey@cinci.rr.com). First name, last name, and grade. Names of players should only be included if that player paid for their grand raffle ticket.
- Purchase your tickets for KTR, wear your best jungle inspired outfit, and enjoy the event! :)
