Extra special thanks to Pam Mustard and Erin Deutsch for your creativity, commitment and vision ... the evening was truly a one-of-a-kind Knight to Remember.

We had over 45 sport memorabilia items for silent and live auction including the Knights Package (two season passes, ECC pass, premier parking for football games, reserved seats), Game Fay Experience Passes, Graduation Seats, Parking Passes, Golf packages and more. Memorabilia included items from Cincy local teams as well as Marvel, music and movie collectibles. Live entertainment was provided by the "Marsha Brady" band and March Madness was streaming all night. 

Knight to Remember provides the Knight Nation the opportunity to come together and celebrate being #kingsstrong with dinner, dancing, basket raffles, silent and live auctions, games, entertainment and more!  This year, our theme was "All That Glitters Is Red" to celebrate the Knights Red Sea.

In late winter, the Kings Athletic Booster Club presents “A Knight to Remember,” a gala-type event full of entertainment, auctions, dinner and music that serves as our largest annual fundraiser. This year’s event will be Saturday, March 9 at the Marriott Cincinnati Northeast in Mason. In order for KTR to succeed each year, support and participation is required from every sport in the 2018-2019 school year.

Grand Raffle Tickets
Every player, regardless of team, needs to sell one (1) raffle ticket. Reps are responsible for collecting money and recording parent names to submit to the KABC Treasurer via the provided Excel sheet. Tip: It can be easier to simply collect $10 per player when team fees are submitted; however, you also can sell tickets separately.

To deposit the monies collected, follow the directions in your KABC Rep folder under “Finance & Forms” (pg8-11) describing how to deposit and transfer money from your team’s account to the KTR account.

Reps are responsible for notifying parents they will be entered into a drawing and that winning numbers will be randomly drawn at Knight to Remember; winners do not need to be present to win.

As you collect money, keep a record of which player has paid; when you’ve collected everything for your team, send the full Excel list of paid names to Shannon McKelvey ( who will enter them into a central random-number selection process.

 Due Dates

  • Fall Sports: Excel list & transfer form due 10/31/18
  • Winter Sports: Excel list & transfer form due 11/30/18
  • Spring Sports: Excel list & transfer form due 12/31/18

Silent Auction
In addition to coordinating team raffle tickets, Reps are responsible for purchasing or donating items for inclusion in a silent auction; you’re encouraged to create a “basket” and donate that, as well. You can get donations for these items from your parents, by collecting money in sports fees (and purchasing items or donating the funds to the KTR Committee) or use funds from your sports account. Discuss this with your coach to determine their preference. Collected items should be turned into the Athletic Office and/or contact Erin Deutsch ( or 513-604-5481.

Donated Items

  • High School: Each team must donate 2 items for the Silent Auction valued at a minimum of $50 each (or equivalent cash donation)
  • Junior High: Each team must donate 2 items for the Silent Auction valued at a minimum of $50 each (or equivalent cash donation)
